Grant by Ralph, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, to Sir John de Sandale, clerk, of a garden called ' Colemanhawe ' in the parish of Holy Trinity the Great, London, situation and extent specified, at a yearly rent of 20s. ; for payment whereof the said John binds all the tenements he holds of the same convent in the parish of All Saints of Colemanchureh, as well as for the rent of 26s.
