[Middx.] A. 1680. Grant by Thomas de Bungeye le Coureyur to Richard de
Paris, both citizens of London, of land with the buildings thereon in the
parish of St. Botulph without Bishopsgate, between the tenements of
Sabina de Salle and Hugh le Corn Metere, and the garden of the new
Hospital of St. Mary, of the extent specified ; paying him yearly two
cloves, to the prior and convent of Holy Trinity, London, 3s., to the nuns
of St. Helen, 15d., and to the nuns of Haliwell, 15?. Witnesses: Sir
John Adrian, Mayor of London, Henry le Waleis and Gregory de Rokeslee,
sheriffs, and others (named). [55 Henry III.]
Endorsed : Memorandum, that, on Sunday in Mid Lent each year 2rf. is
due for the socage of the lord at Holy Trinity by Aldgate.
