125. In the same year, John de Swyneford being chamberlain, for whom no one answers, and the same being sheriffs; Robert Poyntell killed Ralph de Taxstede in Bradstrete. He at once fled and is suspected, so let him be exacted and outlawed. No chattels nor frankpledge, but he was harboured in the ward of William de Bukerel [Broad Street ward] outside frankpledge. So [the ward] is in mercy. All the neighbours have died.
