Tuesday next before the Feast of St. Barnabas [ 1 1 June],
5 Edward I. [A.D. 1277], came William de Durham, alderman,
and acknowledged himself bound to Remund Condomine, brother
and attorney of Peter Condomine, in the sum of 15; the same
to be paid to the said Remund or his attorney, the Prior of
St. John's, Clerkenwell, by instalments of 35^. at the principal
terms of the year; and unless, &c. For which recognizance
the said Remund, on behalf of his brother, grants a general
release to the said William. |
