To Master Walter Scamel, treasurer of Salisbury, collector of the
Clarendon, above tenth. Because tho king is bound to Domingo de Eougaz,
merchant of Bordeaux, in 70 marks for 20 tuns of wine lately taken
from him for the king's use by Walter de Capeles, then the king's
chamberlain of London, which the king wishes to be paid without
delay out of the said tenth, he commands him to pay the same
accordingly and on no account to omit to do this.
