liiberate to William Hardel, king's clerk, 300l. for liveries of
seamen and mariners (nautis et niarinellis) taking 20 ships to
the king in Gascony against his return to England, and for other
matters relating t hereto.
Allocate to the same, in the money which he received to prepare
the passage of the abbot of Evesham and the knights who went with him to Gascony, 6l. for the expenses of himself, John de Wyvill, John de Colemer, and others who were with him in that business. |
