Grant in fee to Henry de Shobiry, serjeant of John de Warenna, earl of Surrey, of all the houses and rents in the city of London which the said Henry and Alice his wife hold in dower of the said Alice of the inheritance of Stephen de Oystregate, her first husband, and which belong to the king by the forfeiture and trespass of John de Oystregate, son and heir of the said Stephen, the king's enemy, to whom the same ought to descend after the death of the said Alice.
